From One Hyde Park in London to a $14M value engineering programme on a 250-apartment BTR development in Sydney, I have spent three decades managing the full lifecycle of complex projects — consultant teams, drawing packages, construction programmes, and client relationships — across hospitality, ultra-prime residential, and mixed-use development.
I have run projects from owner brief to handover, led design and delivery teams across 18 countries, and taken on P&L accountability at every stage of my career. The environments endure. So does the discipline behind them.

I have spent thirty years managing complex projects from owner brief to handover across ultra-prime residential, luxury hospitality, and large-scale commercial development. My career spans on-site delivery on One Hyde Park (the most valuable residential development in the world at the time), a £30M Mayfair residential programme at Fenton Whelan, the Grade II listed Harrods Superbrands redevelopment, and a $14M cost saving achieved through value engineering on a 250-apartment BTR development in Sydney.
I run consultant teams, review drawing packages, manage RFI processes, coordinate contractors, and protect design intent through construction. At Rothelowman I led 60 people across three studios. At YOO I grew a team from six to twenty-six across eighteen countries. At StudioFAB I carry direct P&L accountability across all projects and have twice been appointed to write national design and technical standards frameworks.
