At Harrods I took the studio from interiors into hospitality and branded residences, establishing the design language for a global hotel brand. At YOO I grew a team of six to twenty-six across multiple global studios, contributing to revenue growth from $12M to $150M. At a national practice I authored the company's first National Interior Strategy, transformed team engagement from 60% to 89%, and elevated the practice's standing in the premium residential market.
